Jamuary 2023 was a sporadically chronological (or chronologically sporadic) music ensemble originally formed in Madrid, España. Their primary period of activity came after they relocated to the Chinatown district of San Francisco, CA, USA, where they gained residency at a local theater. Their instrumentation consisted primarily of Elektron gear, plus various outdated samplers, synthesizers, and computers.

Jamuary 2023 missed wider attention from the music community until its rediscovery by a league of mutant cellar-dwellers in post-apocalyptic San Francisco, around the year 2049. A dynamite blast intended to find diamonds accidentally uncovered retail shelving full of CD-RW discs and FireWire hard drives containing these recordings.
